Puppy

• Unlimited exams for illness or injury during normal business hours—exam fee waived each visit (standard price: $72)
• 3 Wellness Exams & Consultations
  • nose-to-tail exams, covering heart, lungs, joints, eyes, ears, mouth, and skin
  • consultation on general puppy care, nutrition, lifestyle, and behavior
• Initial vaccination series—Rabies, DA2PP (distemper, parvo, adenovirus, parainfluenza), bordetella (kennel cough), leptospirosis
• Intestinal parasite screening & deworming
• Parasite preventative sample (1 month)

Your puppy must be less than 6 months old to be eligible. For dogs 6 months and older, we recommend the Essential Plan for Dogs.

Kitten

$499/year

• Initial vaccination series—Rabies, FVRCP (feline herpesvirus, calicivirus, panleukopenia), feline leukemia
• Intestinal parasite screening & deworming
• Feline leukemia/FIV screening
• Parasite preventative sample (1 month)

Your kitten must be less than 6 months old to be eligible. For cats 6 months and older, we recommend the Essential Plan for Cats.
